Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 1. **Cancellations:** - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event to avoid charges. - Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. 2. **Cancellation Fee:** - A cancellation fee of $100 will apply for cancellations made within 24 of the event date. - This fee covers administrative costs and potential loss of bookings. 3. **Rescheduling:** - Clients may request to reschedule their event without incurring additional fees, subject to availability. - Requests for rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, will be accommodated at no extra charge. 4. **Non-Payment:** - Failure to submit payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking. - In such cases, the client forfeits their deposit and may be liable for additional cancellation fees. 5. **Cancellation Procedure:** - Clients must notify DJ K3MO of any cancellations or rescheduling requests in writing or via phone. - Confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduled date will be provided by DJ K3MO upon receipt of the request. 6. **Refunds:** - Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the contract. - Refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframe will be issued minus any applicable fees.
